Digital teams case study

The challenge

We have been working with Bank of Ireland’s web services and CX teams over the last number of years providing digital contractors who meet their evolving skills requirements. This team is responsible for the day to day running of all websites and self-service sites across the entirety of the business.

The result

  • This started off with a requirement for flexible access to front-end and PHP developers, and has since changed to UX and UI designers, as well as the digital project managers.
  • We provide a fully outsourced solution while also providing performance management support for all our expert contractors and the Bank’s managers.
  • We work closely with the Bank on an ongoing basis to act when skills requirements change. We have been able to dial up and down teams as different priorates emerge and subside.
