You have probably been noticing a lot more talk about user centred design, design thinking and UX in your working life. You may be wondering what it is all about. Background to my decision I have worked in the corporate world, the SME world servicing large corporates and also in the start up space working with emerging technology firms. Functionally, I have spent about half of my 15 year career working in recruitment and talent consulting. The other half I have worked in online marketing & projects, corporate account management and, finally, digital publishing & events. So, I like to think I have a broad understanding of business, process and what it takes to get stuff done in the corporate world.
