Consumers are ultimately selfish and contradictory. They demand content and service of the highest quality, but with minimum cost or no commitment at all in response to it. It's a marketer's worst nightmare and greatest frustration, especially with the rate at which technology is advancing.   One of the frustrating things for us to come out of this overdemanding consumer mindset are ad-blockers; which ultimately put your business opportunities at risk and can make your efforts fruitless. Money & Motivation - How to motivate your employees:

June 22, 2016

As I'm sure you know, employee motivation is kind of a big thing for management. As I'm sure you also know, there's not exactly one size fits all answer to the problem. But it seems that nowadays, a lot of companies act like one of the best motivators, money, shouldn't be treated like one. Instead, there's a huge focus on 'perks' and 'gimmicks' and making the office setting more exciting motivates an employee better than anything else. A happy employee is a poor one who's desk is 30 feet from a ping-pong table, right?

Why You Need to Invest In Business Model Innovation:

May 11, 2016

With the constantly changing and evolving digital and online media market landscape, it pays to not just be one step ahead, but three. There are many ways to do this but almost always does it link to innovation and creative strategies and practices to keep your business one above your competitors. Developing a strategy to achieve this isn't easy, but one of the best ways and most popular means of doing so today is by using a Business Model Innovation Chart. 3 Things to Consider Before Investing in Chatbot technology:

May 5, 2016

Chatbox technology is a hot topic amongst the user experience design community at the moment. Many designers are investigating this ever evolving type of AI which if you're unfamiliar with can be described as "a computer program designed to simulate a conversation with human users, usually delivered through a mobile App, or some kind of web interface." Why the sudden focus on this technology? The ultimate and first rule of a design-focused business is "be where the customers are." Right now the customer is all things social media, but a new shift is happening putting chatbots on our radar. The new focus of the consumer is on messaging apps and 'conversational commerce'. This shift is pushing to make the consumer experience via messaging even more personal. This is proving to be extremely effective means of reaching a target market but also raises a difficulty in implementing a workforce that can deal with that amount of communication.
